Love the way you describe the way getting your roots done effects your skin! I thought I was only one chasing that dragon, so expensive. I now use Surya Brasil henna cream instead of haircolor and it has been a great beauty overhaul for me. My hair is softer because the henna coats the hair shaft (doesn’t explode it like hair color does) and there are no harmful ingredients whatsover. Added bonus, I can keep my hair nice and bright from the roots to the ends because I can put the henna all over as often as I like wiithout the fear of damaging it.
