Raspberry Ginger Cooler
1 cup fresh raspberries or frozen if you prefer
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup of water
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger optional
One bottle dry white wine such as Chardonnay
1/2 cup ice
Blend or shake hard for 30 seconds
decanter serve on ice with a sprig of mint for looks!
